As far as I can tell the figure itself is the same as other countries however it ships in Truck as opposed to vehicle mode and very obviously the packaging is entirely different. That means that this version is much more rare because it is only for Japan.
I am more than happy to combine shipping. I have a smoke and pet free home but almost everything I own is second hand and have no way of knowing the previous owners had smoking pets.
